The Brick Oven of Morristown

The Brick Oven of Morristown is a new upscale pizzeria that offers more than just pizza! Although their gourmet hearth oven baked pizza is to die for their menu offers entrees from steak to pasta.

I had the calamari as an appetizer and felt it was #2 on my all-time favorite calamari list! (#1 if you're curious, is from LOUNGE 11 in Hoboken, NJ) Really, if you think about it, The Brick Oven of Morristown has the BEST calamari in town!

For dinner I ordered the brick oven pizza with goat cheese, mushrooms, onions and added sausage. I have eaten quite a bit of pizza during my time and I was in heaven after I finished my meal! The pizza literally melted in my mouth and I will keep going back for more!

For dessert, I ordered a cannoli... I must say that this cannoli was the best cannoli I have ever tasted! My favorite thing about the entire meal was that the cannoli was placed on top of a scoop of cannoli cream... YUM!

The prices are reasonable, the service was good... We were greeted by the Owner as we walked in and her smile and pleasant demeanor made us feel welcome! Although we didn't sit outside, we were hungry and the wait was long, the outdoor patio is awesome! It is located right on south street but a little away from the noise of traffic so you are able to enjoy your meal in peace!

The atmosphere is nice, The Brick Oven of Morristown is great for a first date or a family night out. It is BYOB - Bring Your Own... however, there are many liquor stores with in walking distance.

So go on enjoy some pizza and support local businesses of Morrstown!

I just wanted to say that I googled "cannoli" and morristown and came upon your blog last night when my boyfriend and I were craving cannoli. We went to the Brick Oven and ordered the cannoli to take out and were shocked at the $6.00 tag, in addition the the mediocre cannoli filling. We've gone to Kings in Morristown and gotten cannoli and only paid around $2.50, AND we both felt that it was better than the cannoli at Brick Oven. Wish you would have mentioned the cost in your blog, as I felt it was a major rip off!
